QUALITY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHINESE SHIP SUPPLIERS

 

One of the most important things for Chinese ship suppliers are to satisfy the needs of incoming ships and provide quality goods and perfect service, not only the demand of customers but also our own aim to improve competitive ability in the market. We actively take part in the “Year of Quality Ship Supply Service – 2005” organized by China Friendship External Supplier Association of Commerce to raise our service to a new level and improve the service quality of China 's ship supply industry. Therefore we join together to write down the Quality Service Declaration.

Customers First. To satisfy the needs of customers is always our priority. This is our maxim. All staff should be educated to have solid idea of quality service and embody our maxim in the service process.

Conscientiously implement the laws and statutes, and regulations of port authorities, do business in accordance with the law.

Improve the examination system of purchase, stock management, storage, delivery, improve strict quality control to ban fake and inferior goods and ensure the safety of marine stores.

Publicity of business should be objective and fair, and should not mislead or cheat the customers on quality, specification and quantity of marine store. We should not give short weight, mix up with inferior things or do adulteration.

Give reasonable quotation. The price of the stores should conform to the quality.

Delivery should be made on time to avoid delaying the departure time.

Besides satisfy the need of marine stores, we should try our best to provide more relevant services for the ships in need by warm and thoughtful service to set up the good image of China ’s ship suppliers.

We should protect the interests of the ship owners and carefully deal with their opinion and complains, make remedies swiftly.
